​1. ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents who are twenty one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Justins Raffle and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

​3. AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

​4. ENTRY PERIOD: Entries will be accepted starting on the Start Date and ending the End Date (Specified in the Raffle information page on Galabid).

​5. HOW TO ENTER:

​Paid Entry: Purchase a digital ticket through the official [Payhip/GalaBid] link. Each ticket constitutes one (1) entry.

​Free Entry (Alternative Method of Entry): To enter without purchase, you must complete the Digital Entry Form located at https://tally.so/r/Gxd4NL Limit one (1) free entry per person, household, and email address. Multiple entries from the same person using the free method will result in disqualification.

​6. PRIZE & MINIMUM THRESHOLD

The intended Grand Prize is One (1) Featured Prize in the Raffle of your choosing.

​Minimum Threshold: Awarding of the Grand Prize is strictly contingent upon the sale of a minimum of number of paid entries, in wich the minimum number of paid entries is exclusively stated in the Raffle information page on Galabid.

​50/50 Cash Fallback: In the event that the Minimum Threshold of paid entries is not met by the end of the Entry Period, the Grand Prize will not be awarded. Instead, the Sponsor will award a cash prize equal to 50% of the net proceeds collected from paid entries. The remaining 50% shall be retained by the Sponsor to cover administrative, marketing, and platform costs.

​7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) days following the selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings.

​8. RIGHTS GRANTED BY YOU: By entering, You understand and agree that the Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of the Sponsor, and the Sponsor’s licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the World, without limitation, your entry, name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof.

​10. DISPUTES: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF [YOUR STATE/COUNTRY]. As a condition of participating, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
